2 Free Weeks of Classes Following the Series (session ends in late March)

This series 'begins at the beginning'. It will provide new students with the foundation necessary to build a lifelong yoga practice and will inspire continuing students interested in deepening their practice and taking it beyond the mat. Coming back to the foundation from a new perspective can allow insights and recognition of subtleties. No prior yoga experience is necessary and people of every age and body type are encouraged to join us.

Description: stacy_smith Instructor: Stacy Smith, RYT 500, has studied yoga since 1998 and continues to both study and  teach at The Yoga Center in Portland, Maine and YogaLife Institute in Exeter, NH . She approaches yoga in a holistic manner, blending the insights of Classical and Iyengar yoga with Ayurvedic teachings to nurture physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being.
